  • T-Birds vs. Wildcats

    The 8th grade Thunderbirds basketball team lost a close game to visiting Erwin Wildcats 47-45. Leading the way for Conrad Ball was Lukas A with 19 points. Brock W chipped in 8 and Marcus C added 7.

  • T-Bird Basketball Results & JV Games

    T-Bird Basketball. The 7th grade basketball team lost to Bill Reed, with a final score of 34-30. Jaron D was the leading scorer with 8 points and Elias H. had 4 points.

    There will be JV basketball games today, starting at 3:15pm. Please see flyers for game times and teams.

  • Fundraiser Results & Pick-Up Date

    The results are in for our CBMS Fundraiser and you all helped us raise over $5,000! Way to go T-Birds! Our fundraiser pick-up day is next Thursday, November 20. Fundraiser items must be picked up before you leave for the day. Thanks for your support!

  • Talent Show Auditions

    Auditions for the 2014 Talent Show will be held next Thursday, November 20, after school in the auditeria. The Talent Show is looking for dancers, actors, singers, instrumentalists, magicians, comedians, jugglers, and anyone else who has a talent to share. If you'd like to audition, please sign up on the sheet near the front desk.

  • Basketball: CBMS vs. Severance

    The 7th-grade basketball team played a strong game against Severance, but came up short with a final score of 47-41. Justin C. was the leading scorer with 12 points.

    The 8th-grade team took their turn against Severance yesterday. Strong performances from Marcus C. and Lukas A. helped our T-Birds stay neck-and-neck, tying the game and pushing the game into overtime. Severance won in the end with a final score of 43-49. Great job, T-birds!

  • Boys Basketball: Conball vs. Erwin

    Yesterday our T-Birds took on Erwin in Boys Basketball. Check out how our teams did.

    The 6th grade basketball team did a great job last night in a close game against Erwin middle school. Zach R. led the way with 8 points. Christian S. had 6 points, Franklin B. scored 5 points and Austin B. had 4 points.

    7th grade won their game against the Erwin Wildcats 38-21. Miguel D. was our leading scorer with 11 points while Jordan H and Anthony B each had 6 points.

    Great job T-Birds! Keep up the hard work!

  • Volleyball Locker Clean-Out

    Attention all Volleyball players. Your varsity locker will be cleaned out and items will be placed in lost and found on Wednesday, November 12. You will be charged for a missing lock if you do not turn one in to Mrs. Custer. This applies to every player-even if you think you are playing another sport. See Mrs. Custer immediately if you have any questions.

  • Mountain View High School Special Programs

    Attention 8th Graders - Mountain View High School will be hosting a Special Programs Night on November 11th at 6:00 p.m. This will be an opportunity for you to get more information about the LISA Program, Project Lead the Way, Pro-Start, and Advanced Placement opportunities.
